When does the race start? 

The race starts at 9:00 AM. Try to be here a little early just to give yourself time to get here and be ready to take our step off shot together!

When is packet pickup? 

Packet pickup will be Friday, July 25th from 5-8 PM at the CIBC Fire Pitch. There will be limited availability for day-of packet pickup. To reserve a spot for same-day packet pickup, email betsy.tomszak@gmail.com. Day of packet pickup will be from 8:00-8:30 AM on Saturday, July 26th. You MUST bring a photo ID to packet pickup.

What is allowed on the course?

The course is entirely run on the sidewalks which are not closed off for the race. There is limited space so running strollers are not recommended.

Will there be aid stations?

There will be three aid stations along the course (one passed twice) with water. Extra Malort is BYO.
